Moldovan tax body published list of companies to be audited in 2022

Chisinau, Dec. 22 / MOLDPRES /- The State Tax Service (SFS) has published on the website of the institution the Fiscal Control Strategy and the list of economic agents to be subject to fiscal controls for 2022.

According to the institution, next year, control actions will be aimed at taxpayers at high risk of admitting tax violations, encouraging voluntary compliance by publicizing the most relevant cases of tax violations.

"For tax evasion schemes, control activities will be carried out aimed at taxpayer segments in correlation with the chain of tax evasion / avoidance", indicates SFS.

According to the quoted source, the priority of the State Fiscal Service is to increase the quality of the interaction with the taxpayer, both by increasing the efficiency of the fiscal administration services provided and by increasing the quality of fiscal control.

The decision on the inclusion of the economic agent in the list of controls is taken following the analysis of the risks included in the Register of fiscal compliance risks.
