Moldova to actively participate in new Bavarian conference on promotion of confidence building measures

Chisinau, 25 January /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian has discussed subjects from the Transnistrian file with Ambassador of Germany to Moldova Angela Ganninger. The German diplomat conveyed warm congratulations on the appointment of Serebrian as political representative in the process of negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.     

The Moldovan official highlighted Chisinau’s approaches on the most topical subjects on the agenda, measures planned for the immediately next period and the guiding calendar of meetings on the platforms of dialogue established. 

Deputy PM Oleg Serebrian thanked for the diverse forms of assistance provided by the Berlin authorities, which contribute to the sustainable development of Moldova and the rapprochement between the two banks of Dniester. Serebrian set forth Chisinau’s willingness to actively participate in a new Bavarian conference on the promotion of confidence building measures this year.
