Ambassador of Poland ends diplomatic mission in Moldova

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu today had a meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Poland to Moldova Bartłomiej Zdaniuk, on the occasion the end of his diplomatic mission in Chisinau, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.  

Igor Grosu highlighted the dynamic of the interlocutor in his capacity of ambassador, who through the actions undertaken and the personal contribution, helped strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries during his mandate.

”Poland remains a reliable partner of Moldova. We thank you for the support provided during time. In continuation, we will remain consistent,’’ Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu said.  

At the same time, the speaker expressed interest in the extension and diversification of the bilateral relations, including between the parliaments of the two states.  

In another context, the officials tackled the situation as to the people who fled Ukraine. Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu expressed the willingness of the authorities and the ordinary citizens to further provide all assistance needed in these dramatic moments.
