The head of state thanked the United States for the close cooperation between our countries, for the modernization projects of the Republic of Moldova carried out with American support and for supporting the democratic processes. The President also thanked for the additional support announced by the USA in the context of the war in Ukraine, already received in Chisinau. Members of the US Congress expressed their appreciation for the reaction of the authorities and for the involvement of Moldovan citizens in the refugee crisis in Ukraine.
