Contest National Prize for elderly people launched in Moldova

Chisinau, 27 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MMPS) today launched the contest, National Prize for elderly people titled, For an active life at any age, the 2022 edition.

According to the ministry, old people who turned 60 years and more, who have achieved special performances in the cultural, artistic, technical, scientific, civil, medicine, entrepreneurship, agriculture, education, sport and information technologies sectors, can participate in the contest.

People can submit their files till 1 September. The examination commission will analyze the string of documents and will nominate the people who were awarded prizes till 9 September.

The file should contain: the CV, materials proving the performances in the aforementioned fields, a letter of recommendation, video of one minute at the most about the candidate’s performances, as well as other confirmatory acts.

The contest, National Prize for elderly people, is established by the Labour and Social Protection Ministry and is awarded on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons. Each of the winners will receive diplomas and a money prize.
