Chisinau, 2 Sep. /MOLDPRES/-Presidential decree on awarding state distinctions to some employees of the internal affairs bodies was published in the Official Journal today.

Under the document, the Order Faith to the Fatherland class III is awarded to chief commissioner Vasile Bîrzu and chief commissioner Serghei Gherasimciuc for impeccable service in internal affairs bodies, merits in fighting crime and contribution to ensuring legality and law and order.

The Military Merit medal is awarded to Commissioner Marcel Petrov.

Also today's issue of the Official Journal includes the decree on release from military service within the term and with a reduced term and the transfer to the reserve of the military, the duration of whose military service has expired, as well as the incorporation of citizens into the military service within the term and with short term, in October 2022 - January 2023.
