Tourism companies from central Moldova learn from Romania's experience

Chisinau, Oct. 26 /MOLDPRES/- A delegation from the central region of the Republic of Moldova attends on 24-27 October a working visit to Romania, organized as part of a project to connect companies to increase exports in the tourism sector.
According to the Center Regional Development Agency (ADR), the visit aims to transfer know-how and best practices to support the development of tourism in the Center Region and facilitate cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the Republic of Moldova with companies from Romania.
During the visit, ADR Centru will facilitate the establishment of partnerships between eight SMEs active in the tourism sector from the center of the country with eight companies from Romania. "This process is being carried out in the framework of bilateral meetings organized in Alba Iulia and Sibiu counties, Romania", the quoted source said.
During the trip, the Moldovan delegation has planned meetings with representatives of tourism development institutions in Romania, where they will be informed about regional priorities, funding opportunities, local or regional support policies, support initiatives in the tourism implemented by ADR Centru Romania.
The trip was organized under the RO-MD-DE: Connecting companies to increase exports in tourism, financed by EUROCHAMBERS through the EU4BUSINESS: CONNECTING COMPANIES network.
