Chisinau requested convening of meeting in 1+1 format to discuss management of energy crisis

Chisinau, Oct. 26 /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau authorities requested the convening of a meeting in the 1+1 format to discuss the management of the energy crisis.

According to the Reintegration Policy Office, the authorities requested the convening of a working meeting at the level of political representatives in the negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement from Chisinau and Tiraspol.

"The need for dialogue is conditioned by the growing energy crisis. It is necessary to discuss the problematic aspects, clarify the technical points and identify solutions to overcome the problems that have recently arisen throughout the country", a press release of the Reintegration Policy Office reads.

Representatives of relevant institutions from both banks of the Dniester, as well as representatives of mediators and observers in the 5+2 negotiation format are invited to the discussions.
