Moldovan parliament to hold plenary meetings on 24, 25 November

Chisinau, 23 November /MOLDPRES/ - The members of the parliament’s standing bureau today approved the agenda of the plenary meetings of the parliament for 24 November – 1 December 2022.
Thy lawmakers will consider the ratification of the 14th amendment to the agreement on assistance between the governments of Moldova and the United States for the sustainable economic growth anchored in European integration. Also, in the second reading, the MPs will discuss amendments to more normative acts, among which the law on small- and medium-sized enterprises or the law on capital market.
The lawmakers are also to approve, in the second reading, the Electoral Code of Moldova. The agenda includes also the draft of a Declaration of Moldova’s parliament on the condemnation of the Great Famine (Holodomor) from Ukraine in the 1932-1933 years.
On 24 November, the parliament will consider a simple motion against the policies carried out by the Justice Ministry in the justice sector.
On 25 November, European Commissioner for the Environment, Oceans and Fisheries Virginijus Sinkevičius will give a speech at the parliament’s plenary meeting.
On 24 November, the plenary meeting will start at 11:00 and on 25 November – at 10:00.
