Florești hospital equipped with two high-performance anesthesia machines donated by Romania

Chisinau, March 17. /MOLDPRES/- Florești hospital was equipped with two high-performance anesthesia machines and systems that allow rapid communication between patients and medical staff. The equipment worth two million lei was purchased from the money donated by the Government of Romania.

According to the Ministry of Health, the equipment was purchased under a project set by the Ministry of Health and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, through the Romanian Agency for International Development (RoAid).

Also, with the financial support of the Romanian Government, in four departments of the hospital - general surgery, orthopedics and traumatology, neurology, general therapy, systems were installed that facilitate the communication of patients with medical workers and contribute to the provision of care in the shortest possible time.

Annually, 1,500 interventions requiring general anesthesia are performed at the Florești hospital.
