National Library marks 30th anniversary of Moldovan-Portuguese diplomatic relations at exhibition

Chisinau, 19 April /MOLDPRES/ - An exhibition titled, Shelf of Portugal at the National Library of Moldova, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Moldova and Portugal, is opened at the National Library of Moldova (BNRM).

Contacted by MOLDPRES, a head of BNRM’s section, Elina Bolgarin, said that the exhibition’s goal was to inform the visitors about the culture, literature and civilization of this European country.

According to Bolgarin, the shelf is made up of original Portuguese books of the collection of the Section of the world’s literatures and translations.

The diplomatic relations between Moldova and Portugal were established on 10 February 1993.

The exhibition can be visited on the period 20 April -20 July.
