Masked law-enforcers raise more electoral documents from territory of Gagauz Autonomy

Chisinau, 16 May /MOLDPRES/ - The National Anticorruption Centre (CNA), along with the National Investigation Inspectorate, under the leadership of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office (PA), today raised the lists of the voters from the Comrat Court.  

According to CNA, the ground for the action of raising the documents represents the reasonable suspicion as to the inclusion in the voters’ lists of the deceased people and who are abroad and the voting on behalf of them.

According to the quote source, following the carrying out of criminal prosecution actions in the criminal file on the illegal financing of the electoral campaign and corrupting of voters, a suspicion appeared that some of the voters were brought in an organized way from other districts, in order to vote for the candidate on behalf of the Shor Political Party. Also, according to the information available, among the electors who voted for the candidate for the office of bashkan, Gutul Evghenia, there are people who are outside Moldova and dead people.  

CNA reiterates that the actions are underway.
