Moldovan speaker urges citizens to participate in Diaspora Congress

Chisinau, August 11 /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu urged Moldovan citizens, who are abroad, to participate in the Diaspora Congress, due on August 18-19 in Chisinau.

"Traditionally, in August, most of you choose to spend your holidays with your relatives, in Moldova. If you are still at home, I cordially invite you to register to participate in the Diaspora Days, where we will have the opportunity to listen to you, answer your questions and present you with the solutions found according to your needs," he said.

The speaker said that in all his official visits abroad, he has meetings with diaspora representatives and every time he remains impressed by the attention of our citizens to the events that take place at home, in the Republic of Moldova.

This year, the Diaspora Days will be held on August 18-19 in Chisinau and will be marked by two special events: the Diaspora Congress - on August 18, and the Diaspora Business Forum - on August 19.
