Chisinau, 26 January /MOLDPRES/ - The National Motor Transport Agency (ANTA) has informed about the official launch of the MDelivery service – an ‘’innovating mechanism of delivery of the results of providing services, which consolidates the institution’s commitment for efficiency and accessibility.’’

According to ANTA, the integration of the MDelivery in the Automated Information System (SIA) e-Transport authorization marks a moment of reference in the evolution towards a modern governmental institution and oriented to the citizen. ‘’MDelivery is a governmental service of delivery, which optimizes the process of request and reception of the authorizations and permissive acts issued by ANTA. Through the connection of the SIA 2-Transport authorization to the providers of postal and courier services, MDelivery simplifies and accelerates the process of delivery, contributing to the cutting of the costs and the optimization of the communication between the Agency and the road transport operators,’’ the quoted source said.

The institution mentions more benefits for the road transport operators, such as: automation of the process: MDelivery’s integration automates the process of request and delivery of authorizations, thus removing the need of physical presence at ANTA’s headquarters for taking the documents; cutting the costs: through the elimination of the costly trips and of the costs related to the traditional interactions, the beneficiaries and the Road Transport Operators will benefit from a significant cut of the administrative costs; facilitated access: the MDelivery Service allows the reception of authorizations directly at the address indicated by the beneficiary, thus facilitating the access to documents efficiently and surely.

The following types of authorizations and permissive acts are included in the MDelivery service: ECMT (European Conference of Ministers of Transport) authorizations (annual and short-term) with road card; authorizations of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC); TRACECA authorizations; the card of the driver’s logbook; the INTERBUS card of the driver’s logbook; road transport authorizations in the international transport of goods and people; activation of the short-term ECMT authorization.

„ANTA stays dedicated to the continuous innovation and improvement, in order to ensure a friendly climate for the sustainable development of the road transport sector. MDelivery represents a significant step in this direction and a commitment before the citizens and partners,’’ the National Motor Transport Agency added.
