New head of Moldova's Railway state enterprise nominated
Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/ - Oleg Tofilat has been nominated as new manager of Moldova’s Railway (CFM) state enterprise. He earlier held the office of adviser of the prime minister in the transport and infrastructure sector.
„Following the carrying out of the contest for holding the vacant office of manager of the Moldova’s Railway state enterprise, the enterprise’s administrative board nominated the candidate No 4 as winner of the contest – Oleg Tofilat,’’ a CFM press release reads.
Presently, Tofilat works as adviser of acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi for issues in the sector of transports and infrastructure; yet, he was appointed to office by the former Prime Minister Ion Chicu in February 2020. Tofilat has earlier worked as international expert in transports and public administration; he was head of the internal audit service at the Transports and Infrastructure Ministry and in 2015, he was promoted to the office of state secretary. The candidate for the position of CFM manager started his career at the Air Moldova state enterprise in 1999.
