Payment of lease for use of public lands might increase in Moldova
Chisinau, 8 December /MOLDPRES/ - The payment of the lease for the use of public lands will be established based on the market price of the land. The parliament approved a draft law to this effect in the first reading today.
The legislative amendments see the establishment of the market value as criterion of establishing the purchasing-selling price or the lease price of the lands, with the normative price of the land becoming a secondary criterion for setting its value.
Another amendment refers to the regulation of relations of lease of state-owned lands, as well as of the ones managed by administrative and territorial units.
The document also envisages that a real estate cannot be put up for privatization without the adjacent ground.
