
Road workers continuously monitor situation on public routes
Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/- Winter conditions on national roads, and road workers continuously monitor the situation. Last night, fog was recorded all over the country, the State Road Administration (ASD) has reported.
According to the institution, in the last 24 hours, patrol and anti-slip works were carried out on the national public roads in the northern and central areas. "29 special machines and 47 road workers were involved in the process", ASD said.
The State Road Administration warns drivers to comply with the Road Traffic Regulations on the endowment of cars and driving in winter. Road users can request the intervention of road workers in case of blockage on national routes to the phone numbers 22-55-30; 74-89-61; 060 477 117.
The Yellow Fog Code is announced in the country by tomorrow. In the next 24 hours, up to 10 degrees Celsius are expected. At night, the air temperature will drop to -2 degrees, no considerable precipitation.
