Moldovan PM pays working visit to United States
Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita pays a working visit to the United States on 14-21 July. A meeting of governmental leaders, business people and science people will be held in the USA. The participants in the event will bring for discussion one of the most complex changes faced by the mankind at present, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Experts of international stature will facilitate discussions on the critical challenges and the consequences of the latest crises regionally and internationally, including the war in Ukraine, increase in prices and disturbance of the logistic chains. The participants in the meeting are set to outline solutions the world leaders might implement, in order to generate positive changes in their communities.
During her visit to Washington, Natalia Gavrilita will meet American officials, representatives of the International Monetary Fund and the private sector, in order to promote Moldova’s interests in the USA. The prime minister will discuss possibility to get a budgetary support, in order to cover the expenses needed for buying electric energy from Ukraine, as well as the issue of increase in the inflation in Moldova.
