Moldovan president talked to Prime Minister of Netherlands

Chisinau, June 22 / MOLDPRES /- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte on Tuesday evening, the presidential press service has reported.

The officials discussed the European Commission's recommendation to give the Republic of Moldova the status of EU candidate country and the efforts that our country must make to advance in its European path. In this context, Maia Sandu said that our country relies on the support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the European Council on June 23 -24.
