Chisinau, 27 February /MOLDPRES/ - A photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 30 KW, which will provide street illumination in the Carbuna village, central Ialoveni district, was inaugurated today, following the implementation of the programme Diaspora Manages at Home DAR 1+3, managed by the Diaspora Relations Bureau, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Attending the event, the state secretary of the State Chancellery, Adrian Balutel, appreciated the involvement of Diaspora representatives, Carbuna village residents and local public authorities in the implementation of this project. He highlighted the nice example of cooperation for the benefit of people.
„Within the DAR 1+3 programme, we try to stimulate the relation between settlements and natives who left abroad. The overall cost of the concerned project is of about 600,000 lei, of which the government’s contribution is of 245,000 lei, 120,000 lei – of the Carbuna mayoralty and 178,000 lei is the one of the Ghiocel and Carbuna and Project Casa Mare associations.
