Heating season began in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 30 October /MOLDPRES/-  2020-2021 heating season started today in Chisinau for all consumers. Deputy Mayor Ilie Ceban signed an order to this effect.

The city administration announced that so far, 130 kindergartens out of 134, 36 high schools out of 135 and 30 medical institutions out of 62 have been connected to the centralized heating network.

Also, heat is delivered to 189 blocks of flats in Chisinau, out of 2,730, at the request of the housing fund managers.

In this context, the local public administration called for cooperation with the managers of the housing fund, who must ensure that they make timely connection requests, so that the inhabitants of the capital benefit from the heat in the apartments, when these utilities are requested.
