Magistrate from Chisinau Court to be investigated by law enforcement
Chisinau, May 10 / MOLDPRES /- Members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today accepted the request of acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu, and gave their consent to the initiation of criminal proceedings against a magistrate from the Chisinau District Court.
Four members of the CSM voted in favor of approving Robu's request, and three voted against.
The request states that the judge at the Chisinau District Court is suspected of abuse of power in personal interest or that of a third party.
