Budget revenues increased by 17 per cent in seven months of 2018

Chisinau, 2 August /MOLDPRES/- Over 21 billion lei were collected by the State Tax Service (SFS) in the national public budget (BPN) in seven months of this year. The amount is higher by 17% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the SFS data, the state budget, during the seven months, got 9.61 billion lei, which represents 1.6 billion lei more than the same period of 2017, or an increase of 19.9 per cent.

Local budgets posted revenues of 2.33 billion lei, which is 15 percent more than in the same period of the previous year.

The state social insurance budget received 7.22 billion lei, and the compulsory health insurance funds accounted for about 2.24 billion lei. Amounts are 14.6 percent higher compared to the same period in 2017.
