Kazakhstan might participate in setting up of industrial parks in Moldova

Chisinau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Zinaida Grecianii today had a meeting with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin, on the sidelines of the Forum of Parliament Speakers from the Eurasian Countries titled,  Greater Eurasia: Dialogue. Trust. Partnership., the parliament’s communication and public relations general department.  

The parliament speaker thanked Kazakhstan for support to get the status of observer within the Eurasian Union. For his part, the PM of Kazakhstan said that he would fully back Moldova within this organization and other international organizations.   

The officials discussed the need to increase the commercial exchanges between the two countries, as well as about the creation of production hubs in Moldova, which will lead to the creation of new jobs and will bring innovative technologies to Moldova.   

The Kazakh prime minister voiced openness and interest in investments in Moldova. In the context, the sides discussed possibility to create industrial parks.

Zinaida Greceanii thanked for the invitation to participate in the Forum of Parliament Speakers from the Eurasian Countries, held in the Nur-Sultan city on 23-24 September. At the meeting, the sides paid special attention to the need to increase the economic exchanges and identify sustainable partnerships.    

Attending the meeting were Deputy Parliament Speakers Mihail Popsoi and Alexandru Slusari. Parliament speakers from 65 countries of Europe and Asia, as well as leaders of 14 important international and inter-parliamentary organizations participate in the Forum of Parliament Speakers from the Eurasian Countries, Greater Eurasia: Dialogue.
