Head of Moldova's Audiovisual Council resigns

Chisinau, 4 December /MOLDPRES/ - The head of the Audiovisual Council (CA), Dragos Vicol, resigned at a public meeting today. His office will be taken over by Ala Ursu-Antoci. Eight out of the nine members of the Council backer her candidacy.

Vicol said he had taken an assumed decision, as he had been CA head since 2017.

Ala Ursu-Antoci has recently become CA member; earlier, she held the position of head of the office of the Party of Socialists’ faction at the Parliament’s Secretariat.
