European Village: Fârladeni town hall renovated

Chisinau, July 11. /MOLDPRES/- Fârlădeni town hall, Căușeni district was renovated under the European Village Program. The works cost over one million lei (50 thousand euros).

Thus, within the project financed from the National Fund for Regional and Local Development, works were carried out to rehabilitate the roof and thermal insulation of the external walls of the building. Therefore, the 26 employees of the institution benefit from better conditions in the offices.

According to the National Regional and Local Development Office (ONDRL), four other local development projects were successfully implemented in Căușeni district, out of the total of 18 approved in the European Village Program. These aim at the expansion of the sewerage networks in the village of Coșcalia, the modernization of the public lighting system in the village of Ursoaia, the development of the playground in the village of Tănătarii Noi and the construction of the mini-football field in Baimaclia village.

The European Village program includes 496 projects throughout the country. 142 of these have already been completed.
