Chisinau, July 13. /MOLDPRES/- A man tried to take 52 precious metal coins out of the country. The case took place yesterday evening at Chisinau International Airport.
According to the Customs Service, the undeclared coins were found in the luggage of a 64-year-old foreigner during the control of passengers on Chisinau-Yerevan route.
The coins were picked up and sent for expertise. They are subject to confiscation, and the person risks being sanctioned.
