Moldovan PM visits furniture factory in Cinișeuți, Rezina

Chisinau, July 13. /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean began his working visit to Rezina district at the furniture factory in Cinișeuți, founded and managed by Gheorghe Șoitu, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

The entrepreneur opened his business in 2009 after several years working abroad. In 2015, he bought a former wine factory, which he transformed into a modern furniture factory. Thanks to the grants offered by the government through the Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA), the entrepreneur invested over one million lei in modern equipment, developing his business and increasing the number of jobs in the community.

"I'm glad to meet people like Ghenadie, persistent and determined to find new opportunities in the country, but also on foreign markets. We appreciated his business expansion plans and encouraged him to continue investing, by participating in the programs launched by the government to support entrepreneurs, including the 373 Program. Ghenadie proves that a small business can be developed and fully used," said Recean.

Currently, Ghenadie Șoitu owns 12 stores throughout the country and has 100 employees. He has recently made first export to Romania.
