PHOTO Sprint program: Young employees of ministries to take over Sweden's experience for transformation of public service in Moldova

Chisinau, July 18. /MOLDPRES/- Civil servants of the ministries, beginners of their career, will have the opportunity to develop management, communication and strategic analysis skills and contribute to the modernization of the public service, following the participation in the Sprint Program, launched by the State Chancellery, with the support of the National Democratic Institute of Moldova, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

The program includes training and study visits to relevant institutions in Sweden. Participants - 20 employees, aged up to 35 years of the central public administration will analyze viable models of public services and collect information necessary for the development of research projects. The projects will present practices and models adjusted to the realities of the Republic of Moldova, which will help reform the public service in the country. In the research process, officials will be guided by experts and officials with experience in the field.

Attending the event, Government Secretary General Artur Mija said that the main goal of the program is the qualitative change of the public service and the connection of young specialists with the people in management for the promotion of new ideas and initiatives in the context of the European modernization agenda.

Sprint program will have several editions and will be expanded further with the contribution of donors from various states. To participate in this year's edition, candidates are invited to fill out the participation form by August 15: bit.ly/442b4l8.
