Moldovan top court validated deputy's mandate

Chisinau, Jan 30. /MOLDPRES/- Veronica Briceag is the new MP of the Action and Solidarity Party. Constitutional Court's magistrates validated the mandate today.
Veronica Briceag serves as head of the cabinet of Minister of Environment.
The mandate vacancy occurred following the resignation request of MP Galina Sajin.
The Court's decision is final, cannot be subject to any appeal, enters into force upon adoption and is published in the Official Journal.
