Chisinau-based municipal library marks Creativity and Innovation Week
Chisinau, 21 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Creativity and Innovation Week, the seventh issue, was marked at the B.P. Hasdeu Municipal Library during 15-21 April. The event was held online and comprised multiple activities dedicated to librarians, who work in conditions of accessibility of digital resources. The dominating subjects and the slogan was For, With and About the User!
Contacted by MOLDPRES, the library’s director, Mariana Harjevschi, said that the goal of this event was to create new, digital instruments and simulate the activity of relationship and turning loyal through the involvement of users in the activities of libraries, getting them closer to the library.
The Creativity and Innovation Week is a platform which celebrates all manifestations of creativity through original and own actions of the participants in multiple events from all over the world. The creativity and originality of the works are pillars of the modern world, which makes the world advance and guides it in assuming risks for development and sustainability. The Creativity and Innovation Week joins the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. The events are meant to empower each person to use new ideas, adopt new decisions and make the world a better place.
The summing-up event of the Creativity and Innovation Week 2021 will take place on the Librarian Day on 23 April.
