Two women painters exhibit works at History Museum of Chisinau City

Chisinau, 3 December /MOLDPRES/ - A painting exhibition titled, Urban Stories, by fine artists Natalia Yampolskaia and Mila Grecu, organized under the patronage of the Chisinau Municipal Council’s Culture Department, was inaugurated at the headquarters of the History Museum of the Chisinau Municipality.    

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the museum’s director, Valeria Suruceanu, said the exhibition comprised 15 works dedicated to Chisinau and other European cities, which are of a significant artistic and cultural value.  

Natalia Yampolskaia and Mila Grecu are fine artists from the left bank of Dniester, who were awarded prizes at national and international contests and their works are part of private collections of people fond of art from all over the world.

The exhibition is backed by the Culture Platform, coordinated by the National Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) Moldova, in partnership with the Paragon Agency for Economic, Social and Cultural Development, with the support of the Confidence Building Measures Programme of the European Union and implemented through the United Nations Development Programme.     

The works will be exhibited till 16 December.
