Three deputies of prosecutor general appointed

Chisinau, 6 December /MOLDPRES/- Prosecutor General of Moldova will have three deputies. They were proposed today to the Superior Council of Prosecutors by new Prosecutor General Alexandr Stoianoglo.
Under the CSP decision, the new deputies of the prosecutor general will be Iurie Perevoznic, Mircea Roșioru and Ruslan Popov. They will work during Stoianoglo’s term.
Iurie Perevoznic has worked so far as a lawyer, Ruslan Popov has been in the Prosecutor's Office since 1997 and Mircea Roșioru has served so far as deputy prosecutor general.
Stoianoglo was appointed as Prosecutor General on 29 November and has held over the years several positions, including the one of prosecutor of Gagauzia, deputy prosecutor general. For five years he worked as a MP, deputy speaker and head of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and public order.
