Chisinau, Nov. 14 /MOLDPRES/- As of today, citizens will pay less for electricity. The new prices entered into force today, after the decisions approved on Friday by the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) were published in the Official Journal.
Household consumers in the center and south of the country will pay 2.39 lei per kWh, down by 0.18 lei than before.
The tariff for consumers in the north of the country will be 2.88 lei per kWh, down by 0.32 lei than the previous one.
The last change in electricity tariffs was made in early July, when prices dropped by 0.38-0.42 lei per kWh.
