Heavy rains, wind gustings expected in Moldova in next week-end

Chisinau, 17 November /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has announced a yellow code of heavy rains and wind gustings for 17-19 November.
According to SHS forecasts, during this time interval, heavy rains are expected (15-32 litres/square metre) predominantly in the southern half of Moldova, which are to turn into sleet in the northern region.
The north-eastern wind will have gustings to 15-20 metres/second, with 21-24 metres/second in places.
On the days to come, the day-time air temperatures will not exceed +9 Celsius degrees and the night-time ones will drop to -2 degrees.
