Moldovan president meets Ciucur-Mingir residents, entrepreneurs

Chisinau, April 5 /MOLDPRES/- Visiting Cimislia district, President Maia Sandu met with Ciucur-Mingir residents, "benevolent people who want to live in peace, in a Moldova without corruption, where people who work honestly live well," says the head of state.

"We talked to the villagers about the problems in the locality, about how we are modernizing the health system, about our efforts to build roads, and this autumn we are going to make an important decision for the present and future of the country. People understand that our only chance for prosperity, peace and freedom is European integration. With everyone's involvement we are building a European Moldova", said the President.

The official met with Cimislia entrepreneurs and discussed the problems of the business environment and the reforms the authorities are making to solve these problems and grow the economy. The President also met employees of the Southern Regional Development Agency, and discussed attracting foreign investment and implementing projects to develop communities in the south of the country.
