
Moldovan fine artist's view on 2020 year
Chisinau, 14 February /MOLDPRES/- In 2020, fine artist Vasile Sitari, associate professor at the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts, participated in exhibitions, gave classes and made several paintings.
Vasile Sitari said that during this period he participated in the International Biennial of Contemporary Art N. Tonitza, the third edition, which took place in November - December 2020 at the Vasile Pârvan Museum in Bârlad, Romania, where he won the Excellence Award, as well as at the National Small Plastics Exhibition in Brăila, the third edition XXI (February - April 2020).
Vasile Sitari was born on 1 February 1971 in Tabani village, Briceni district. He graduated from the Republican School of Fine Arts I. Repin and the State Institute of Arts. He has had exhibitions in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Korea, Slovakia, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and other countries. He is the winner of several national and international exhibitions-competitions. His works are in public and private collections in the country and abroad.
