National Library inaugurated exhibition - Cultural heritage of Moldova
Chisinau, Oct. 9 /MOLDPRES/- The National Library, in partnership with the Parliament Library, organizes an exhibition, Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Moldova, in the context of the European Heritage Days.
The exhibition includes publications illustrating unique architectural monuments, old Bessarabian icons, fortresses and monasteries. The publications are systematized in four compartments: the archaeological and architectural heritage, the national artistic heritage, the intangible cultural heritage and the heritage of Chisinau municipality.
Over 90 volumes selected from the collections of the National Library of the Republic of Moldova are presented.
The exhibition will be open until November 6, at the Museum of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
