Center of excellence in viticulture, winemaking in Chisinau to have incubator for entrepreneurship education
Chisinau, 7 July /MOLDPRES/- Students studying at the Center of Excellence in viticulture and winemaking in Chisinau (CVVC) will be able to learn the specifics of a business in the agricultural sector, in an incubator of entrepreneurship education. The institution will have its own incubator thanks to a Grant Agreement within the High-Value Agriculture Project in Moldova, financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The grant worth 358 thousand lei will be implemented until next June.
According to the funders, the goal is to initiate a mentoring and coaching program for a group of 10-15 people, who will be trained in entrepreneurship. It is also intended to strengthen the capacity of CVVC to ensure the continuity of the entrepreneurship education incubator and to develop it as a training platform in starting a business or retraining for entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector.
Thus, in the training modules, participants will learn how to plan a business, how to register their company and manage human capital, manage the business financially, will learn elements of financing, marketing, communication and business negotiation, etc.
Students will learn and gain experience from experts, as well as private companies in agriculture, horticulture and viticulture.
The incubator for entrepreneurship education will also be set up for conferences, seminars, workshops, thematic round tables.
