
Moldovan Central Electoral Commission CEC says local public authorities obligated to provide special places for electoral posters
The local public administration authorities of Moldova are required to establish and provide special places for electoral posters, as well as venues for meetings between candidates for MP seats and voters.
According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), the panels are to be set three days before the start date of the electoral campaign.
Thus, the fixed panels will have a minimum area of two square meters and will be installed at least two for every six thousand voters. In the case of municipalities, cities and communes, the authorities will provide at least one specially arranged place with fixed electoral panels with an area of at least two square meters for each settlement in their composition.
The parliamentary elections will take place on September 28, 2025. The electoral campaign will start on August 29, this year.
