Gymnasium, several streets in Balti to be rehabilitated, modernized
Chisinau, June 7 / MOLDPRES /- In Bălți municipality, the rehabilitation, modernization and increase of the energy efficiency level of the Gymnasium No 6, as well as those for the repair of some streets.
The works will be executed within an urban revitalization project implemented by the Regional Development Agency (ADR) from the sources of the National Fund for Regional and Local Development (FNDRL).
Two companies will carry out the urban revitalization works. Within 12 months, the designated company undertook to rehabilitate, modernize and increase the level of energy efficiency of the Gymnasium building no. 6 from Bălți municipality. The value of the enterprise contract is 17.7 million lei (about 900 thousand euros).
Also, within six months, Drumuri-Bălți company was committed to repair Petru Zadnipru Street and the urban access roads on Cahul Street in Bălți Municipality, in accordance with the provisions of the technical project, the details of execution, as well as the regulations. , technical standards and prescriptions. The value of the enterprise contract concluded with the company is 4.82 million lei, according to ADR Nord.
This year, according to FNDRL sources, ADR Nord is implementing three new urban revitalization projects in the north of the country. One of them is the project Modernization of public infrastructure and educational institutions in the revitalization area of Bălți, submitted by Bălți city hall in the Call for selection of regional development projects for 2021-2023. According to the North Regional Operational Program for 2022-2024, such projects aim to strengthen the role and functions of cities in increasing the competitiveness of the region.
