National Library opens anniversary exhibition dedicated to Moldovan poet

Chisinau, 19 December /MOLDPRES/ - An exhibition of documents titled,…Can talk with angels, dedicated to the 75th birthday anniversary of poet Vasile Romanciuc, has been opened at the National Library (BNRM).    

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the head of the Library’s Public Reading section, the exhibition’s curator Tatiana Gheiceanu said the exhibition comprised about 100 publications from BNRM collections: books, periodical editions showing the poet’s works, translations in other languages and literary critique on the work of the protagonist and was systematized in three sections.      

Vasile Romanciuc was born in the Badragii Noi village, northern Edinet district, on 17 December 1947. He is member of the Moldovan Writers’ Union (1976), the Writers’ Union of Romania (1994), as well as of the PEN International (1996).
