Series of 2D tales continues with EU's financial support in Moldova
Chisinau, 21 October /MOLDPRES/ - More heroes of popular tales from Moldova have complied with the 2D technologies and switched from books directly to screens. After the success of a pilot project on the animation of five tales by Ion Creanga in 2D, the Kreyon studio animated another five popular tales. The financing was provided within the EU’s Confidence Building Measures programme, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
According to the organizers, besides designers, illustrators, sound stage managers and musicians, actors from the Vasile Alecsandri theatre from Balti and Roses Street Theatre from Chisinau were involved in the process. The cartoons are available in the Romanian, Russian and English languages, in order to make the popular tales better known.
The EU’s Confidence Building Measures programme contributes to the increase in the cooperation between the two banks of Dniester through the involvement of representatives of the civil society, media and business community in joint projects.
