Parliament speaker has discussions with Ambassadors of the Netherlands, France to Moldova
The progress made by Moldova on the European path, the post-electoral period, and the projects included in the parliamentary agenda have been discussed by Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu with the ambassadors of the Netherlands and France to Moldova.
The speaker thanked the partners for their support in advancing on the path of integration into the European Union.
“I met today the ambassadors of the Netherlands and France to our country, in order to discuss the post-electoral period and the parliament's immediate agenda. I reiterated to them that, in all decisions, we stick to the country's European course, as the citizens have requested through their vote at the parliamentary elections. I am glad that we have partners who wholeheartedly support us on this path,” said Igor Grosu.
At the same time, the parliament speaker reiterated that the parliament would continue to adopt the necessary laws for Moldova’s European integration and that the collaboration between state institutions was essential to advance in this process.
