
Better conditions for studies created in Ocnita, Briceni, Edinet
Chisinau, 5 February /MOLDPRES/- The investments made in Ocnița, Briceni and Edineț districts for equipping educational institutions with computer technology and furniture show that by joint effort and productive cooperation we can provide favorable study conditions for students and teachers. The statement was made yesterday by Minister of Education, Culture and Research Lilia Pogolșa at the fourth discussion platform initiated with representatives of the educational community in the country, which was attended by over four hundred teachers and managers from the three districts.
The official said that in the nominated districts efforts were made for the endowment with computer technology and school furniture in order to ensure the social distance in the educational institutions. Thus, Ocnița Education Department purchased 98 computers, 81 laptops, 50 Smart TVs, 641 tables, 822 chairs etc.
Briceni Education, Youth and Sports Department has allocated 2,137,800 lei for the purchase of school furniture, laptops, outdoor video cameras, in order to ensure a quality process in 2020-2021 academic year, and Edinet Education Department has procured 74 laptops and 16 webcams.
The online discussion platforms with the representatives of the educational institutions in the country will be organized periodically, in order to maintain a continuous dialogue with the territorial structures involved in the elaboration and implementation of educational policies, as well as to identify and solve problems in educational institutions.
