A picturesque village with two churches, Lalova from the Rezina district, the highway of which climbs nearby the villages of Slobozia, Horodiste and Mincenii de Jos to the national road Chisinau-Orhei-Rezina, has become famous due to an original boarding house and exclusively rustic hut, with a plastic name, The Inn of Hanganu.

Born of the love for nature and the native places of the owner, Sergiu Hanganu, the location provides everything needed for a stay of dream at one of the most beautiful tourist areas of the country, on the bank of Dniester.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Sergiu Hanganu says that the business launched started from the idea to reconstruct the parental house, placed on the bank of Dniester, in order to receive guests, relatives and friends there, whom the family has a lot.      
Sergiu Hanganu: In early 2000s, I reconstructed the wife’s parental house, more in order to have a place to receive guests and later on, I saw that they liked it and we thought to extend it, so that more people can enjoy these nice places. We are really a family business, as we, the family members and the relatives, work here close together.
Presently, the Hanganu family provides, at will, 28 chambers, two beret-type rooms and a hayfield, built with exclusively BIO materials. All of them have a rustic look and archaic elements in the traditional style. Each chamber is endowed with bathroom and everything needed for a proper comfort. Besides the accommodation places, the boarding house provides a conference hall, sauna and a swimming pool. The inn is a perfect choice for the organization of team building or group meetings. A picturesque place with exceptional panoramic views.    
The rustic dwellings combine with mastership traditional elements with contemporary ones and invite to a hospitable atmosphere, far from the daily agitation.   
Activities and dishes for anyone’s taste and pleasure
Also, depending on the tastes and likings, more activities can be chosen. Excursions to the Saharna or Tapova monasteries, where wonderful places and full of mystery ones can be discovered. Walks by boat on Dniester river, cycling, fishing, hunting or evening sittings around the stake.    
The boarding house is a nice choice also for people fond of the national cuisine, traditional food, cooked with taste and wisdom.  
Sergiu Hanganu: Our goal is that visitors feel like at home, at home with their parents or grandparents. We endeavored to create a proper, authentic and natural atmosphere for the well-known Moldovan hospitability. Everything is cooked by our housekeepers, from local products, either from Lalova or from the neighbouring villages.
