Moldovan poet, literary critic marks 75th birthday anniversary

Chisinau, 6 June /MOLDPRES/ - Poet, translator, publicist, literary critic, editor Tudor Palladi marks his 75th birthday anniversary today.    

Tudor Palladi was born in the Balanesti village, central Nisporeni district, on 6 June 1946.  He studied at the Philology Faculty of the Moldovan State University, which he graduated in 1969. Starting from 1974, he worked at the Cartea Moldovenească Publishing House.      

Palladi made his editorial debut with a volume of poems in 1990.

The literary critic wrote prefaces to more books by Moldovan writers. Tudor Paladi was laureate of the periodical publications Literatura și arta”, „Glasul națiunii”, „Patria tânără” and „Moldova Suverană .
