
Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges relevant Russian authorities to learn about Moldova from official sources
Chisinau, August 13 /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today that Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Moscow was summoned for this afternoon to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, being informed that the discussions will focus on "media information on intention of the Republic of Moldova to host planes F-16 for Ukraine". The ministry urged the relevant structures in Russia to inform themselves about Moldova from official sources.
"In this context, the MAE notes that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with regret, is informed by fake news online. Therefore, the Republic of Moldova does not host and will not host weapons and military equipment, including aircraft destined for Ukraine", announces the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
