Gagauzia authorities to pay contributions for 15 regional projects
Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/- About three million lei will be allocated by the Executive Committee of Gagauzia for the payment of contributions by mayors, necessary for the implementation of development projects, attracted with the support of various funds and development partners, the regional press has reported.
The money will be distributed for 15 projects in the region. According to the head of the Construction and Infrastructure Department, Ivan Colioglo, two projects are being carried out in the village of Gaidar, one of which envisages the expansion of forested land. The total amount of the project is 514 thousand lei, including the contribution of regional authorities - over 122 thousand lei.
In Tomai, the town hall won a grant of 40 thousand lei for the modernization of the leisure and tourism center, the contribution of the executive was 14 thousand lei. "Also, the town hall of Cazaclia implements four projects, two of which refer to the planting of green spaces. Two large projects are also being carried out in Svetlai - the installation of sewerage networks and the reconstruction of the treatment plant. A grant of two million lei was obtained for the first, and 2.1 million lei were allocated for the second from the National Ecological Fund. The contribution of the Executive Committee from Comrat is about 700 thousand lei ", said Ivan Colioglo, quoted by gagauzinfo.md.
The official noted that the regional authorities will pay the necessary contributions for the repair programs of the sanitary groups in the school from Dezghinja village, for the construction of the treatment plant in Congazcic, for two regional development projects in Besalma and others.
