The development of general urban plans will contribute to the sustainable development of settlements, to better spatial organization of social infrastructure, as well as to enhanced public access to public services.

The current Single Programming Document covers the period 2025–2027 and lists 627 regional development projects, 1,478 local development projects and 32 projects for capital repair/rehabilitation works of social and cultural buildings.
